How long will my order take?
In-person custom framing orders usually take 7-10 days, more complex orders may require more time. We will text you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
We can occasionally take a rush order, but that all depends on how busy we are at the time.
How much will my framing cost?
There is no easy answer to this question unfortunately as it's dictated by a number of factors. Call into us and we'll be happy to give you a custom solution & quote free of charge, or shoot us an email and we'll be able to give you an approximate range sales@appletons.ie
What is the status of my order?
If you haven't received an update via text, and it's been over 10 working days, feel free to give us a call and we'll be able to give you an update
What if I am unhappy with my framing order?
We endeavour to make your happiness our priority. If there is an issue with your order please contact us sales@appletons.ie and quote your order number.
I want to buy a readymade frame, how do I size my piece?
We always stock the following sizes in readymade frames. The size is the full width x length of the piece.
- 4 x 6 inches
- 5 x 7 inches
- 8 x 10 inches
- 8 x 12 inches
- 10 x 12 inches
- A4, A3, A2, A1, A0
We will soon also have these items available online for purchase.
